All orders are shipped via UPS. The shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the product(s) ordered and the postal code that the order is being shipped to.

No, but if you refuse a shippment from our shipper without contacting us before hand, Yes. There will be a 15% Restocking Fee. we will also charge you $20.00 for refusing a shippment. So Please CONTACT US before hand. No item may be returned after 30 days of invoice.

Item must be returned in its original package and a copy of the invoice. After the item is inspected you will receive your money, less shipping, and handling. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once the Return Authorization Information is received. The product can be returned according to the Return Instructions that will be provided. Customer will receive Refund less the Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs, In accordance with the Supplier's Return Policy. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ANY PRODUCTS WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE RMAS PROCESS. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS MAY BE REFUSED.
